Caring for your plate
Wipe it with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, scraping, heat and bending, and keep it away from metal surfaces, which can block the tap.
Returns
Each plate contains a high-security chip that is programmed and locked to your business. Because it can't be reprogrammed for anyone else, we can't accept returns of unused plates or change-of-mind returns.

Damaged on arrival
If your plate arrives damaged or doesn't work when it arrives, email hello@taptrench.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
