We program and lock your link into each plate before it ships.
Processing times
Once we have your link from the Activate your product form, we program your plates and dispatch them, usually within a few business days. Delivery within Australia then takes around 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by country.
Sold-out products and the waitlist
When a product is sold out you can join the waitlist. We'll contact you before the next batch is ready to confirm your order. Joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to buy.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times depend on your country and are confirmed before you pay. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and payable on delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
