Products and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Joining a waitlist does not create an order or any obligation to buy.

Programming and locked links

We program each plate with the link you provide and lock it for security. You're responsible for making sure the link is correct and points to lawful content. Once programmed, a plate's link can't be changed.

Reviews

Tap Trench review plates open your review page so customers can leave their own reviews. You must not offer incentives for reviews or use our products in a way that breaks the rules of the review platform you link to.

Resellers

Reseller pricing and terms are provided separately on approval of a reseller application.

Customer showcase

By activating a Tap Trench product, you allow Tap Trench to display your business name and logo on our website and marketing materials to show you as a customer. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@taptrench.com, and we'll remove it from our website within 14 days.

Trademarks

Tap Trench and its logo are our trademarks. All trademarks, logos and brand names shown are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Governing law

Tap Trench is based in Sydney, Australia, and these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If something goes wrong, please email us first and we'll work with you to put it right.
